This website introduces Behavior Data Systems (BDS) automated (computer scored) adult tests. These tests are suitable for client, patient, defendant, probationer, offender and inmate evaluation (screening and assessment). These tests are offered two ways: on 25 or 50 test diskettes (www.bdsltd.com), or online at (www.online-testing.com). Tests can be purchased one at a time or in any volume desired over our internet testing platform. Regardless of how tests are ordered (and administered) either test administration method allows paper - pencil testing (which makes group testing possible). DVI Pre - Post The DVI Pre-Post or Domestic Violence Inventory Pre - Post measures domestic violence offender counseling and treatment effectiveness. The DVI Pre - Post is a counseling or treatment effectiveness or outcome test. The same test is administered before treatment and again upon treatment completion. The pretest (at intake) is the baseline against which the posttest (treatment completion) is compared. Driver Impairment Index (DII) The Driver Impairment Index was designed specifically for California DUI providers it has 3 scales (measures): Truthfulness Scale, Alcohol Scale and the Drugs Scale. The DII consists of 64 items, takes 9 or 10 minutes to complete and can be administered individually or in groups. DII's can be given in paper-pencil test booklet format or on the computer screen. Regardless of how administered, all DII tests are scored over the internet with scored reports printed on-site within 3 minutes. This test is reliable, valid and accurate. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) is the highest Federal Authority in the DUI / DWI Field and they rated the DRI-II the "best". Gambler Addiction Index (GAI) The Gambler Addiction Index (GAI) is a gambler test that is specifically for gambler assessment. Gamblers are notorious liars, consequently the inclusion of the Truthfulness Scale. Gamblers, as a group, have a higher incidence of suicide than most other clinical groups, consequently the Suicide Scale. Substance (alcohol and other drugs) use and abuse is all to often associated with gambling. And frequent gamblers experience a lot of stress, particularly when losing. Prison Inmate Inventory The Prison Inmate Inventory (PII) is a prison inmate (male and female) screening instrument or test. The PII has been standardized on over 70,000 inmates. The PII consists of 161 items and takes 35 to 40 minutes to complete. The PII has ten (10) scales (measures): 1. Truthfulness Scale, 2. Violence (Lethality) Scale, 3. Antisocial Scale, 4. Reinstatement Review Inventory The Reinstatement Review Inventory (RRI) screens applicants applying for reinstatement of their driver's license after it was suspended or revoked. The RRI helps answer the question "Has the applicant changed since their driver's license was suspended or revoked?" The RRI consists of 124 items and takes 20 minutes to complete. The Reinstatement Review Inventory (RRI) has six (6) measures (scales): 1. Truthfulness Scale, 2. Road Rage Scale, 3. Alcohol Scale, 4. Drugs Scale, 5. Comparative Change Scale and 6. Intervention Checklist. The RRI helps staff meet their screening responsibilities in a conscientious and responsible manner. Self - Assessment Index The Self - Assessment Index is an adult welfare recipient screening test for use in welfare-to-work programs. This test identifies barriers to employment so they can be worked through (resolved) and thereby giving the participant a better chance at achieving (obtaining) and sustaining employment.
